This is friendly guild but there are not enough players eligible to any 10 man raid (may be except naxx). Expierinces say that is impossible to raiding with pug, Elhines etc. It is rare iw we cath a good group. Tonight we were 4 hour at Mimiron and did 4 attempts. It was often same and it is exhousting. And it is reason why i am not playing during days. I have been feeling that situation in the guild is not improoving. Thanks for everithing what you do for me.

the guild hasnt fallen to pieces, just a couple ppl dont want to be here,thats fair enough, BUT this guild is not merging with any other guild.
Gama, ur point, u know for a fine fact we have enough ppl to raid, and we shouldnt have to pug, but some ppl arnt always online, maybe i should hold a gun to their head and force them to come online!!! to say we are only geared for naxx is a bitofan insult, What sort of parting shot isthat like, atm imhaving internet problems, so the past few days i havent been online, but why does that mean that they thinkthe guild is falling apart, do i need to be there to hold every1's hand and wipe their chin !!!!!! ffs alot of u are supposed to be grown men, surly u would think, if there was an issuse,u wouldtry and ressolve it, rather then walk away with ur tales between ur legs!!! Im not happy u thinku can get ppl to move with u guys!!!!

I should apologize I didnt express myself properly. I liked DS guild, there was lot of good peps, I knowed most of them “personally.” And it was only one guild what was raiding after I finished work. There was enough players geared for Ulduar, but usually offline, that is reason why I didnt count them. I know that must be possible to do Ulduar with peps geared to only lvl 213 items because there are dropping 219 and I remember my first Naxx25 with priest, where some peps had some items from black temple or some blues and we killed few bosses.
1. I wrote about naxx10 because one day we invited to Mimiron fight group with DPS good enough to kill Patchwerk near enrage.
2. I remember we had one full DS guild Ulduar run but with some players without raid discipline. Most of young (unfortunately still some older) people thing they will be awarded for nothing. I mean some peps are not enchanted, some peps have ungemmed slots or gemmed with lvl 50 (or 60) gems or gems with useless stats (spell penetration and resilience for example). Using flask or elixirs – I think it is important for those with lower dps/hps or healers with low mp5.
3. At level 60 was not any daily quest and good enchants were really expensive. Not today, one daily HC and sons of Hodir daily quests = money for one weapon or minimally two standard enchants or minimally 2 red or more other colour gems (lvl 80 rare quality). I dont like excuses like “213 belt is not good enough to buy extra socket” or similar.
4. Some players are “non-stop online” and they have no money....
5. Waiting during raids. It is the most painful for me. Often (almost daily) were invited peps without tactic knowledge = 5 mins LFM, 5mins summon, 5mins explaining, usually wipe becouse no one do it at first attempt properly, another leave....

I had to choice between small friendly guild or big Ulduar25/TOC25 raiding guild. I decided for big one because I have lot of friends in real life but missing extreme raiding. And sorry for that I wrote in hurry.

Ok, fair enough, very valid points, and they are the most annoying, i.e lack of gems/enchants doesnt look good.
I could sit here and blame other ppl, but im not going to, yes with me being guild leader i should be making sure we arnt taking ungeared/underskilled ppl to raids, But to do it on ur own all the time gets a little annoying, thats why i liked having ghoulish sorting out the raids, even tho they were less then perfect.
At the end of the day i would like to be raiding 25 mans, but i'd rather be doing it with my own guild, and put the hard work in. I thought that a fw ppl had the same idea as me, and maybe they were prepaired to put up with the hard times, even tho theres been alot.
