Ok guys, atm things just arent good enough when it come to raiding.
The main reason being is that we havnt got the same core off ppl raiding together, we need the same ppl raiding together so we all can get used to one another, picking up pugs is destroying our chances of being successful, consistency is the key to be able to overcome the challenges of new boss encounters. we have a small amount of ppl in the guild who are serious about raiding, if we want our best members to stay and progress here, we got to be doing end content raids. I want a few ppl who are skilled, geared, and serious raid members to sign up and pledge their support and commitent, ideally, i want these ppl to make themselfs available 4 nites a week for 4hrs min raiding, maybe be extending. Also these memebers will be required to have all items socketed and enchanted, Flasks and food buffs will also be expected from every1.
